Vendors/Landlords
An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) comprises a full energy survey of a dwelling, either as part of the Home Information Pack or as a stand alone document for landlords. It includes an energy rating with estimated annual costs for heating and lighting. It also includes recommendations for improvements. Each certificate comes with an asset rating for your agent if required.
Newbuild Energy Performance Certificates
We are fully qualified OCDEA (On Construction Domestic Energy Assessors) able to produce newbuild SAP assessments to satisfy part L1a of the building regs. We process your drawings and specifications and help with part L compliance and guide you to ensure your project passes. We process the data and produce a SAP calculation, part L compliance report and Predicted Energy Assessment (if required) for submission to building control. Once built, any as built specification changes are input and an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is then issued for sign off.
Commercial Energy Performance Certificates
Non Domestic Energy Assessments are required whenever a commercial property is sold or a new lease agreement is entered into. Produced by our own Commercial Energy Assessor (NDEA), it is a much more comprehensive survey and data entry than that required for the domestic EPC. We offer local accountability and an efficient response. As commercial buildings vary significantly please telephone for a quotation.
